Expired listings can be a lot of work to pick up!  In this blog post I’m gonna share with you a powerful tool for picking up those listings that have or are about to expire…

First, let me ask you an important question…

Yes, we have all been there done that…right?  We know that doing something the same way and expecting our results to be different is just crazy!  It’s a darn good thing that we also know how to laugh at ourselves when this happens.

Now, I’m not a Realtor, but I can certainly tell you that if you don’t change how you go after expired listings, and continue doing the same thing other Realtors do, then your gonna get the same results they do!

  1. Stand out from the crowd…Typically realtors will drop a letter by an expired listing, talking about how different they are from the other agents…hmmm…well isn’t this where you should be doing some “outta the box thinking”?
  2. MAKE IT about your prospect NOT YOURSELF…Most people who have a listing that is about to expire, are tired of working with realtors.  The home owner see’s the same thing happening with each realtor they come into contact with, going through the same motions. INSANITY!
  3. Follow-Up…A lot of Realtors don’t follow-up with the client, don’t even pay attention or realize that their listing is going to expire!
